Article Structure

Many of the articles found in the wiki will naturally develop their own structure, however we have established a ‘best practice’ to ease site usability. Please follow the recommended article structure below whenever possible.

For ‘Common’ Vehicles

Examples include any model that has a large enough consumer base to where Technical Articles will be of use to people. This includes, but is not limited to the 3 series BMW, the A4, A6, S4, A8 Audi models, the VW Jetta, Golf etc.

  • Make (Ex: Audi)
    • Model Series (Ex. Audi:S4)
      • Specific Model Yearset (Ex Audi:S4:B5)
        • General Information (Using <box> code)
          • Overview (Ex. Audi:S4:B5:Overview)
          • Photo Gallery (Ex. Audi:S4:B5:Photo Gallery)
        • Technical Articles (listed on model page)
          • Engine → Links to Make:Engine(Ex. Audi:2.7T)
    • Engine Type (Ex. Audi:2.7T)
      • Performance Upgrades (Ex. Audi:2.7T:Upgrade)
        • Turbo (Ex.Audi:2.7T:Upgrade:Turbo)

Rare Vehicles

  • Make (Ex. Audi)
    • Model Series (Ex. R8) (Maybe a bad example since there is no sub series?)
      • General Information (Using <box> code)
        • Overview
        • Photo Gallery
        • Video Gallery
      • Specifications - listed right on the front page, not seperate
